FAQ
Straight answers before you book
If your question is about a specific country, the destination guides go deeper. The form is still the fastest way to get a file-specific answer.
What happens after I book counselling?
A counsellor calls you, reviews your academics and budget, and recommends a country and intake. If you decide to proceed, we open a file and work through applications, documents, and visa in order.
Do I need to know my destination first?
No. Bring your transcripts, a budget range, and when you want to start. We compare UK, Canada, Australia, and the USA against those constraints.
Which tests do I need?
Most files need an English test (IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE). The USA may also ask for SAT or GRE depending on the course. We tell you what your target universities actually require before you book a test date.
Can you help with scholarships and education loans?
Yes. We flag university and government awards that fit your profile, and our education loan advisor can walk you through lender documents used by Nepali students.
How do I visit an office?
We have branches in Kathmandu, Butwal, Banepa, and Ghorahi. Book a session on this site or walk in during office hours. Bring academic documents if you have them.
Will you lodge my visa for me?
We prepare the file, check documents, and guide the lodgement. You remain the applicant. We do not invent financials or coach you to hide facts.
How long does the process take?
A typical file from first counselling to visa decision is a few months, depending on intake, university turnaround, and how quickly documents arrive. Country pages show the usual sequence.
Is the first counselling session free?
Yes. The first session is to see whether we can place you honestly. You decide whether to continue.
