Privacy policy
This site collects only what you type into the counselling form, plus standard server logs. Questions: hello@start.edu.np.
What we collect
When you submit the counselling form we store your name, phone, optional email, destination, study level, message, and the page you sent it from. We use this to call you back and open a file if you proceed.
Where it goes
Submissions are sent to our operations system at cloud.start.edu.np when that API is connected. Until then, the form will tell you the request could not be sent.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as we need them to serve you or meet legal obligations. You can ask us to update or delete your enquiry by emailing hello@start.edu.np.
Cookies
This static site does not set marketing cookies. Your browser may store ordinary settings such as form state during a visit.
